Debbie Kirkland, Broker, first started CENTURY 21 First Story Real Estate Company because she recognized the radical changes taking place in the real estate space beween brokers and agents, between buyers and sellers. Seeing an opportunity to craft a team, and a business, that handled real estate—and client service—a little differently, Debbie started CENTURY 21 First Story.

Today, we believe in the A-B-Cs of real estate: Advocacy, Building Relationships, and Customer Care and Communication.

Advocacy

As a Broker, Debbie’s goals are to deliver to her agents top-quality business tools and technologies to help them run their businesses as efficiently and as competitively as possible. Being a Realtor is a full-time job, and agents with First Story Real Estate work ahead of the curve with clear advantages, thanks to the resources Debbie provides.

As a past President of The Tallahassee Board of Realtors, and past District 8 Vice-President for Florida Realtors, Debbie maintains a strong and diverse network of industry leaders across the country. Through continued involvement and lobbying efforts on behalf of homeowners, Debbie keeps her agents informed and knowledgeable about current private property rights issues.

An understanding of local market conditions and solid statistical and analytical expertise is something that Debbie passes on to the agents of CENTURY 21 First Story during weekly business and marketing meetings.
